How do I convert an iMovie file on an Apple Mac to an MPEG file?

I need to modify an iMovie plan record to an MPEG format so which we can fool around a movie upon a digital photo/movie frame. we have found a little acclimatisation software, though a complaint is which they’re all for Personal Computer as well as not for Mac osx. Is there a single that’s concordant with apple? Thanks for your assistance in advance!

    Go to File > Export… > Quicktime > Full peculiarity > Share

You afterwards save it as a quicktime .mov film file. That should work, though if it doesn’t, operate a giveaway http://www.media-convert.com

An “iMovie plan file” is essentially only the package record used by iMovie to concede rapid editing. Right-click (or control-click) the imovieproject package as well as select “Show package contents”. Inside the “Media” printed matter we will find your video record as “filename.mov”, “filename.DV”, or alternative format, which was pre-determined when we initial chose to emanate the plan (look for the dump list in the “Create Project” dialog subsequent time as well as only shift it to “MPEG-4″).

Try regulating the video record which we find in the Media printed matter for your “digital photo/movie frame”, whatever which is. Also, not certain what chronicle of iMovie this is, though the latest versions do not have “Export” underneath the File menu. Instead, select the “Share” option. If we wish to have the apart record which is the little format or in the little sort of enclosure alternative than the MOV container, operate the Share option. Here is how:

File >Share >. In the options dialog, shift the choice during “Compress film for:” to “Expert settings”. Click Share (yes, again). At the “Export:” dump list, select “Movie to MPEG-4″ or “Movie to iPod” which will produce an M4V enclosure with MPEG-4 video codec inside. Check with the”digital photo/movie frame” to see if it can operate the same record enclosure as iPod.

iMovie is mostly treacherous to latest Mac users. They do not comprehend which iMovie essentially IS the video converter, so they do not need to download any third-party converter.
